Ecommerce portal Yebhi.com has undergone a makeover and has introduced social media features on the new homepage. As a part of a revamp, the company has also introduced mobile recharge option partnering with all major telecom providers.
According to the company, users can now tweet and share their wish-lists and collections, favourite products through Pinterest, get advice, comments and recommendations from friends on a pair of shoes, clothes, bags or anything in the Yebhi catalogue. Users can also make recommendations, comment and like items from your friends wish-list and save collections for a later purchase. The new ‘Wassup!!!’ page features real-time update on trending items on Yebhi.com. Yebhi.com now also has the facility for one click automated returns. Users can now request product return directly from their browser without having to call customer care.
The company also says that the new website is touch optimised making it easy to surf on the iPad and other touch devices. Yebhi.com, which had acquired online fashion retailer StylishYou.in in May 2012, has pulled the plug of the website after integrating its products. In July 2012, Yebhi.com had raised Rs 100 crore in Series C round funding led by Fidelity Growth Partners India (FGPI) and Qualcomm Incorporated. Previously, in 2010, the company had raised Rs 10 crore Series A funding from Nexus Venture Partners followed by Rs 40 crore in 2011 led by Catamaran Ventures. These existing investors also participated in the Series C funding.
