Salil Kumar joins India Today Group as CEO, BagItToday.com

India Today Group Digital has appointed Salil Kumar as chief executive officer of its ecommerce portal BagItToday.com. Kumar will report to Ashish Bagga, CEO, India Today Group. Prior to joining BagItToday, Salil Kumar was APS (Advertiser and Publisher Solutions) Lead at Microsoft India.
Salil Kumar has also worked at NDTV Convergence, Bharti Airtel, Virtual Marketing (Hungama), HT Media and Go4i.com. In his new role at BagItToday, Kumar will be responsible for “promotions, customer acquisition and exponential growth†of the India Today Group’s ecommerce business.

Hope you are doing well. After lots of difficulties I am approaching you for my refund.
I cancelled my order no: 33639324. I got few reference nos. 127932, 1405008 and 128081. Though I am getting reference nos. I am not getting refund of the money amounting to Rs. 13999. I am only getting reference numbers. There is no specific refund turn around time with your customer service team.
I request you to arrange the refund to my account as early as possible.

Keeping in mind your honest approach w.r.t. your past profoil I am feeling free to tell you with regards to the bad experience with the product supplied by INDIATODAY BOOK CLUB Sir I am a retired person and cannot lose my hard earned saving under the bad tactic of INDIATODAY BOOK CLUB (Bag it today)I sent request supplemented with 4/ or more reminders
Sir As you are now part and parcel of INDIATODAY Group and heading Bag it today I request you to intervene in the matter and get my money refunded by collecting back the bad product from my permanent address i.e. 2/3 Sunder Nagar Near DRM Complex Ambala cantt

Item RO 811 reebok shoe 9 (Booked 10 item no R0745 Reebok Track Suite XTRA LARG 9 Booked XXL) item No R0781 Reebok Bag item No R 782 Reebok Towel (But sent Napkin)
item No R 081After opening the packet, the items were found quite sub slandered and under specification and found all the products very much disappointing one can work out with the quality with reference to total weight including more than half of packing’s
Without writing any more I suggest INDIA TODAY TO WORK FOR THEIR BASIC FUNCTIONS OF PROMOTING AS BOOK CLUB NOT TO WORK AS BAD BUSSINESS ORGN

i simply couldnt understand how people can comment on brand like india today and top on above a person who is handling the position in let it be any xyz organization,i would like to make the persons understand who have commented above please understand what you speak? if you purchase something online you need to understand the same before taking the step to purchase,and if you dont,
dont need to be panic and phinacy you need to escalte the matter to the proper authorities rather than commenting on someone!!
i wish good luck to both india today book club and mr.salil!!!

Salil has proved himself at his previous job and its unfair to comment on his capability w/o working or knowing of his success. Some stick on endlessly in their job and get nowhere. The fact that he is getting good offers at such short span of time speaks a lot about him. All the best Salil!

Am surprised at the animosity!! I have worked with Salil and by no measure whatsoever, his competency can be questioned! Lets not be cynical all the time!!

Both the product Bag It and its new CEO Salil has no clue what to do in life.
Salil has proven nothing in past 5-7 yrs but by Gods grace getting jobs and changing at very fast frequency . This time let him face the heat.
Can someone ask his acheivements in his last two assignment...
