Close to the heels of Gaurav Kachru leaving Smile Group, FashionAndYou.com, the online fashion and luxury ecommerce portal from the same group has said that Pearl Uppal, the co-founder and CEO of the entity is moving on from her current operating role in the business. During this transition phase, Harish Bahl, CEO and Founder, Smile Group will be involved in the operations of FashionAndYou.com. The company will be announcing the name of the successor shortly.

Pearl Uppal had partnered with Harish Bahl, Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Smile Group to launch the online retail venture in January 2010. However, as the Co-founder, she will continue to remain actively involved in a strategic capacity to build FashionAndYou.com going forward.
