-The candidate will be responsible for leading a strong technical team in architecting, design, development, unit testing, and release of online/web products in startup environment

-As a senior technical leader, the successful candidate will work closely with Management, Product Management, QA and Customer Support to maintain and enhance existing product as well as to architect the new products

-He/She should have experience leading a strong technical team in the development of complex web portal with multi-components in PHP/OpenSource CMS or Web portal Technologies

-The position demands excellent technical skills and knowledge coupled with strong leadership, planning, and management abilities

-Knowledge and experience with Web/Open Source Technologies, PHP based Content Management technologies and experience developing engineering process is a plus

-Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience from Premium institutes

-Go getter and startup attitude with experience in web/mobile startup

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills

-Ability to work well with people and be both highly motivated and motivating

-Development Expertise in Apache/PHP, Drupal, CRM technologies is a plus

-SEO, Social Media and/or Mobile Domain knowledge is an added advantage

-Strong business and technical vision

-Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

-Previous demonstrated project management success on similar projects emphasis placed on experience with high-volume web portal
