Trivone Digital Services, a digital media and services company has said that it has secured a long-term licence to manage leading Indian technology portals TechTree, CXOToday and ChannelTimes, owned by UTV Interactive, the digital arm of UTV Group. According to a media statement released by Trivone, the company plans to revamp the design and content of these brands and enable it for online platforms, mobiles and other emerging devices.

According to MediaNama, Trivone has 14 people and the company plans to absorb some employees from UTV. In 2008, UTV had acquired these three brands at Rs 15 crore from IT Nation.
