-Will be responsible for implementing the assigned areas of responsibility within the HR function

-Maintaining database and updates as may be required, generating reports as may be required

-Clarify to employees (internal customers) policies, procedures and processes, assist in quality improvement initiatives for their area of work, handle employee grievances, run the performance management cycle

-(UG - Any Graduate) AND (PG - MBA/PGDM - HR/Industrial Relations)

-Extensive depth of knowledge in contemporary HR practices and processes including performance and reward management, excellent knowledge of the market conditions impacting HRM

-Excellent people management skills, skills in designing HR Systems and processes, excellent working knowledge of MS Office

-Should have good communication skills and extremely good interpersonal skills

-Experience of start up will be an added advantage
