Samsung India Electronics has launched Samsung eStore in India providing customers a shopping platform to make online purchases. The store SamsungIndiaestore.com currently houses Mobiles, Tablets, Laptops, Netbooks and Accessories. Delivery and Logistics of all orders placed on the Samsung eStore is managed by Savex Computers which also maintains the website and the end customer interactions for the Samsung eStore.

All orders on the Samsung India eStore are being executed by Savex Computers, a national distributor for Samsung India Electronics Private Limited. Savex Computers Limited was incorporated in 1988 and has been a distributor for Samsung since 1996. Headquartered in Mumbai, Savex with 41 branches across the country is in the process of setting up base in more cities and towns across the country.

In January 2012, Nokia India had partnered Indiatimes to launch an online store for its range of mobile phones called NokiaShop. The backend of the website is powered by the Indiatimes shopping engine and the stocks are supplied by the Nokia distribution network as it is a joint venture and authorized by Nokia India.

Worst customer service !!!! Never buy from them !!!!

online order - no status after 15 days

I ordered a TV from Samsung e store on March 8th and received confirmation of delivery time as 7 days.

I received a email from Samsung the product is shipped on 11th March 2013, but I didn't receive the product yet as of 22nd March 2013 ( 15 days).

I called blue dart to check the status of the package, based on the reference I received from Samsung e store. Blue dart confirmed it was an invalid reference and the product was not handed over from Samsung to blue dart.

So, i called Samsung e store support on 14th March,19th March to check status and they can't confirm me the status of my order.

BEWARE!!!!
This site will drag you to a situation where you will be regreting for ordering it from this site.
Thats exactly what happenend with me.
I ordered the Galaxy TAB 1 from this site some 20 days back, I live in Bangalore, which is a metro city.
I havent received the order till now, I had called them up, mailed them, but of no use.
Now they are saying they ARE OUT OF STOCK.
What is the point in telling this now after 15 days of the order placement.
It has been a sheer dissappointment because they are not ready to hand over the phone to some one senior and the people who are at telephone desk have no idea, what is the correct status of the order.
I would like to cancel my order and get my money back, but they are not ready for that also.
On one hand they are saying that they dont have the product in STOCK and on the other hand they are not ready to refund the money.
ITS the LAST TIME Me and my friends ordered anything from SAMSUNG SITE.
Very DISSAPPOINTING...

Hi,
I have ordered Samsung Note2 from the Samsung estore. I have not noticed the selection of the handset color. By default it was selected as Grey, but I wanted a white handset. After placing the order, I immediately called customer care to change the color of the handset. I am surprised to hear the response from them. They said its not possible, only way to write an email to 'support.estore@samsung.com'. I have drafted atleast 3 email and its been more than 3 days there is no reply from anyone. This shows how professional the samsung are....

I am surprised even after so many calls, emails there is no resolution at all. All they is the order cannot be cancelled. But I said I dont want to cancel the order I just want to change the color as its just been 5mins since I placed the order.

I am tired following this up and I am stumbled such as reputed brand is not able to meet the mark.

This makes me feel why they are still struggling to be no:1 in the market whereas the Apple has leaded the way ahead where the Samsung cannot even think of....
