This a portal with malafide intentions. They have cheated many customers.I am also one of the victim. CNBC had run a programme on this portal which is still available on youtube. Beware of this site. You wont get back your money once paid. I am going to cyber crime cell for action against this protal. Others may contact me at modirajiv@yahoo.com

I ordered Samsung Galaxy Y Duos Mobile Phone S6102( Order ID-10355850) on 18th Nov 2012 from Timtara.com. But I have not received it yet. Order should be deliver within 21 days as per information given to me. But no result in processing of my order. It is always showing Awaiting Shipment in status till now. I am continuously calling to customer care , but they are always replying that we have raise a complain to their back-end team and you will be informed within 24 hours. But no response further.

I paid Rs.25290 to the vendor M/S Timtara.com who promised to deliver an iPhone 4 (16 GB) in 10 days time. Even after 20 days of transaction and non receipt of the product, I asked for a refund on Nov 12, 2012. They have, till now 39 days since the transaction, the vendor have not refunded the amount (Till Dec 11, 2012).
I understand from certain consumer forums on the Internet, that
Timtara.com
is a fraudulent organization and several consumers are suffering on this account. Hence, May I request the following:
1. Ban Timtara.com for seeking payments from consumers
2. Issue an advisory to all potential customers so that no one else is duped by these frauds.
You can google "Timtara" and find 100s of accounts of online frauds committed by Timtara.com

Better check the site reviews before judging..
so far I didn't find anything clean about this site. I actually planned for a purchase but dropped the idea after seeing the reviews. my suggestions please clean your sheet before expecting valuable customers

On 29Feb'12, I order Samsung LED 32 inch TV for Timtara.com for Rs.31489/- (Order no. : 10203139). On the same day I called them to update my postal code details and there customer service never picked up the call. This when for 2 day and on the 3thMar'12, one of their agent Nisha called me to place an order and she asked my to provide bank statement and address proof, I though it fake website and there customer service do not answers the call. So, I told that lady to cancel my order, she took my confirmation and canceled my order. She told me that I will get full refund within 7 – 10 working days. After that whenever I call them there is no response or they disconnect the call. Whenever I email them, they say your refund will be processed in 48 hrs and there 48 hrs never comes to an end. They have only one thing to say that, " your case is been escalated and back end team will get back to you". Which never happens? It is almost 7 month now I haven't received the refund yet. My credit card company is charging me interest for every month. I need that money back with compensation. My case is still running in Bangalore Customer Court.
Please help me to get my money back. I want this new to be send to all new channels.

Are you guys getting paid to publish this review? Its a 101% fraud company. Ordered a playstation 3. Yet to receive it. And most probably will never receive it. I am dragging them to court next week

They didn't cleared our due payments after repeated reminders till date (we were vendor of their shopping portal), now we are going to take legal action against them.

Timtara is a fraud company or you can say so incompetent that looks like a fraud. It neither delivers the product nor refund. The customer care is so f****** nightmare. Can't use abusive language in public forum but you may guess it.

Yes i am facing the same issue. I order the PS3 bundle pack..my money is Debited from my account. and now its more than 15 days no update... if i will not my product within this week. I will lodge a police complain against fraud ... put them behind the bar. I know there office in noida.. so just waiting for this week

i made a online purchase from timtara.com on 19 march 2012 of canon ixus220 HS CAMERA.I PAID RS 8665
THROUGH ONLINE TRANSACTION.MY PRODUCT WAS NOT DELIVERED NOR THE MONEY REFUNDED TO MY ACCOUNT.NOW THEY HAVE STOP RESPONDINDING TO MY EMAILS AND PHONE CALLS.MANY COMPLAINTS ARE PENDING AGAINST THE WEBSITE.
MY ORDER ID IS 10218494
timtara.com is a fraud site.
many complaints are pending against it including mine.
they offer huge discounts to lure customers and the product is never dispatched.they stop taking calls after the payment is made and dont reply to emails.
you should stop your association with such sites.

Timtara.com is a fraud company cheating customers by taking their money and without delivering the goods. It is headed by a scamster bastard called Arindam Bose who is merrily looting the people of thier money. Unless this asshole is sent to jail, he will con some more people of their money. By giving publicity to such frauds you are indirectly aiding them
