Ybrant Digital appoints Walt Disney exec Krishna Srinivas as GM for APAC region
Digital marketing firm, Ybrant Digital Limited has appointed Krishna Srinivas as General Manager, Sales, for the APAC region. Prior to joining this firm, Krishna was Director of Media Solutions, South East Asia for the Walt Disney Company based in Singapore.
Digital marketing firm, Ybrant Digital Limited has appointed Krishna Srinivas as General Manager, Sales, for the APAC region. Prior to joining this firm, Krishna was Director of Media Solutions, South East Asia for the Walt Disney Company based in Singapore.
Ybrant Digital is now expanding its geographical reach to the South East Asian market. The Asian business previously managed out of Australia, will now be headquartered out of Singapore with a local on-ground team of sales and operations staff lead by Krishna.
Suresh Reddy, Chairman and CEO of Ybrant Digital said, “Glad we are bringing in Krishna, an industry expert in this field. We already have a successful business set up and operations in Thailand; so the addition of the Singapore set up will enable us to grow our client base and support in the region with additional offices in each of the Asian market to be set up with local teams over the next 6-12 months.”
Dan Strachotta, Managing Director, Ybrant APAC added, “Krishna brings a great deal of strength and support to our efforts in this region of the world. Much of the growth in digital ad spending is from Asia-Pacific, where more than 1 billion people use the web at least once per month. By 2016, this audience number is expected to reach almost 1.4 billion. Asia-Pacific will be home to some 2.15 billion mobile phone users this year.”
