Besides these, the users can also call up on the ZigLine (08010888888) to get instant information.   Through these multiple touch points, ZigWheels is offering a trustworthy window to the consumers to take informed decisions while buying or selling a car or a bike.

‘The Live Chat with Experts’ sessions are available on the website on every Wednesday 2 pm to 4 pm. The experts offer valuable answers to the user queries based on industry insights and in-depth knowledge of the field. These chat sessions have already reached over 2500 unique chats per session and are growing with new users joining in. Besides this, the users can also reach the via popular social networking app – Whatsapp. The users can just send a message on whatsapp to ZigLine (08010888888) to get information on the price or deals or expert review of a car or bike. They can also consult experts about a comparison between the selected auto models. Even a test drive can be booked by a simple message to ZigWheels on Whatsapp. 

Elaborating on the latest consumer initiatives, Mr. Akshay Chaturvedi, Business Head, says – “As per a recent study on Car buying behavior in India, 48% customers start their research online before discussing with friends and family or visiting a showroom. It also reflects that online research builds better understanding about the product in a short span of time to user. Building upon that insight, we thought of creating a direct interaction platform between the users and our expert panel.
