Online travel agency MakeMyTrip has been ranked 3rd in the 2011 ‘Great Places to Work’ survey conducted by Great Place to Work Institute India, in partnership with The Economic Times. Google India has topped the list. PayPal is the other internet company that featured among top 20 listed on number 17. Microsoft ranked 44.
The survey evaluated and compared organizations on various work place related parameters like growth opportunities provided, definition of roles and responsibilities, compensation levels, rewards and recognitions and work environment.
