Forbes India founding members Indrajit Gupta & Charles Assisi, along with CS Swaminathan, the former president of Pearson's online learning venture, have launched a digital media and learning platform for entrepreneurs called Founding Fuel.

The site has already tied-up with Mint and the YouTube multi-channel network partner PING Network, as a content creator. The partnership with Mint will see two pages of content on entrepreneurship in the newspaper every week, created by Founding Fuel. The company also mentioned that it will be working on creating video content to be distributed on YouTube and Dailymotion, with PING, a firm co-founded by former Bloomberg TV India editor-in-chief Govindraj Ethiraj. Founding Fuel will also feature a weekly show called The New Rules of Business, hosted by business strategist Rajesh Srivastava.

The company’s online avatar, still in beta, is being built by Achyut Nayak, a software veteran with 24 years of international experience at Fortune 500 companies like FIS Global.

The company also mentioned that in the next phase, Founding Fuel will build a mobile app, launch an integrated suite of digital learning solutions, organise events and conferences, offer mentoring services and create a curated marketplace for entrepreneurial products and services. However, it didn’t reveal any specific timeline for the same.

Founding Fuel’s Advisory Council includes; Max Group chairman Analjit Singh, former chairman of BCG India and member of the Planning Commission Arun Maira, PepsiCo India CEO D Shivakumar, Marico chairman Harsh Mariwala, former president of Nasscom Kiran Karnik, Rama Bijapurkar, Naukri.com founder Sanjeev Bikhchandani, Star TV India CEO Uday Shankar.
