-Create various interfaces for web applications

-To participate in the creation of components related to the overall presentation of Web applications client-serve

-Make optimal architecture to make web applications using css/Java Script/Html as client side renderer

-Integrate various art/UI assets and work closely with artists and designers

-Adapt to reuse existing components and technologies, rather than re-inventing them again

-Minimum 3 years of programming experience in web and related technologies

-Degree in technology or any other training or equivalent

-Possess good programming skills, with understanding of OOP

-Good understanding of ergonomics and accessibility

-Have strong knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, CSS and XHTML

-Have strong knowledge of Flash and Flex

-Have understanding of various protocols like HTTP and AMF

-Have basic understanding of JSON and XML

-Be flexible in organizing the work as per the requirements

-Understand how to work in a result oriented environments and should respect commitments towards the work

-Be a team player and has the ability to work in the constructive direction for the company, team and personal growth

-Be capable enough to adapt to changes and get the best out of it

-Should be fluent in English and should hold good communication skills to interact with various teams
