Job Description |
-Interact with Indias first and largest online travel community and its contributors with a focus on engagement quality and contribution levels
-Ensure timely moderation of the HolidayIQ forum, user content and handling large volumes
-Participate in social media activities for brand building and user engagement
-Be the conscience keeper of user content both on UGC and on the online forum and ensure guidelines met
-Be the interface and the bridge between the community and the website assess member requirement and work with Product and Technology teams to deliver

Skill Set |
-An overall experience of between 1-3 years in an online environment. Freshers with a great aptitude and an understanding of this profile can also apply
-Prior experience of having worked with large online communities, esp. travel related ones, will be a clear advantage
-Should have a deep interest in and good knowledge of social media. Any prior experience in working with social media will be a big plus
-Extremely passionate about travel and possessing exceptional knowledge of places and tourism destinations in India and abroad
-Communication skills both written and verbal in English have to be topnotch. Fluency in Hindi and other vernacular languages will also be a plus
-Should possess very good interpersonal skills, be high on initiative and display maturity in handling situations
