-Have a formal degree in design - a BFA or Bachelors/Masters in any Design stream from NID, IDC, Shristi

-Excellent English language skills - written and verbal

-To be a guru, but would appreciate an honest attempt at keeping up-to-date with latest trends in UX, front-end technologies, Web and mobile design

-Knowledge of HTML+CSS
