-Perform Code Reviews in order to optimize existing architecture of application

-Uses his expertise to guide development team for the best practices of flex application

-Work closely for the development of Online Flex application according to the requirements given by manager

-Provides Technical Design Documentation with competitive analysis, design plans and solutions

-Corrects bugs discovered by QC or customers and adapts fast to any developer platform changes

-Completes tasks based on the plan, requirements and schedule approved by the manager

-Guideline to Jr. Programmer & manage the work flow

-Reused component design & development

-Handle multiple projects

-5+ years of programming experience in Flex SDK and ActionScript 3.0

-1+ year of experience working with Flex 4

-Good Experience working on Data Visualization, Skinning using Flex 4

-Strong analytic skills

-Well organized and autonomous

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills

-Team player with the ability to work in a constructive direction for team, company and personal growth
