Yatra.com emerges as ‘Most Trusted’ Online Travel Brand in India: Brand Equity

Yatra.com has emerged as the industry leader in the online travel space leaving behind some of the well known players like MakeMyTrip, Cleartrip and IRCTC, reveals a survey by Brand Equity on ‘Most Trusted Brands’ in India. According to the survey, Yatra.com grabbed 14th position amongst the top 50 digital brands ahead of some of the most popular brands like Twitter that was on the 18th spot.

According to the survey, Yatra.com grabbed 14th position amongst the top 50 digital brands ahead of some of the most popular brands like Twitter that was on the 18th spot.

Conducted by Nielsen Company, the survey witnessed the participation of 8,160 people across socio economic classes, age, income and geography. For the survey, Brand equity and Nielsen had first finalised the list of 300 brands (217 consumer products and 83 service brands). Each brand was then evaluated on several parameters.
