Yahoo India has launched a brand campaign to promote its search engine, which according to the company would now be more engaging and relevant to the users. The brand campaign is expected to run on leading TV channels for about a month. The company also plans to launch similar campaigns on other mediums including internet and radio.

Yahoo India has launched a brand campaign to promote its search engine, which according to the company would now be more engaging and relevant to the users. The brand campaign is expected to run on leading TV channels for about a month. The company also plans to launch similar campaigns on other mediums including internet and radio.

“There is a strong and compelling reason for us to go out to the market in a much more vocal way and talk about our story,” Nitin Mathur, director, marketing, Yahoo India, has said. “Through this campaign, we want to further strengthen our connection with the youth (in the 16-24 years age group) in India and give people a reason to make Yahoo India their starting point to the internet.”
