Hyper-local mobile marketplace Zopper has recently announced that retail
chain of mobiles & accessories TheMobileStore has signed up as a merchant
partner on its platform.

Using the Zopper app, a customer would now be able to discover
& buy products from the nearest outlet of The Mobile Store, sitting in the
comfort of their home/office. The MobileStore promises delivery within 4 hours through
its 700 stores, while offering best prices, on orders placed via Zopper. The service
is available on Zopper desktop and mobile website and will soon be launched on
Zopper App as well.

Besides catering to store walk-ins & customers buying
from their website, by adopting omni-channel, The Mobile Store would now be
able to cater to nearby customers who research online and buy offline.

Commenting on this development, Neeraj Jain, co-founder and
CEO, Zopper said, “Zopper and The MobileStore partnership will help shoppers
get the best of online and offline shopping experience. Our 3 million customers
will find the best prices for mobile phones in 90 plus cities and get the
product within 4 hours at their home or office.”

Last year, Zopper had raised $5 million of Series B funding
from Tiger Global Management LLC and Nirvana Venture Advisors. The company also
launched a mobile app designed to help customers in choosing the best product
at the right price and from the best place whether online or offline.

Zopper taps on the benefits of shopping at a retail store
& marries them with the convenience of shopping via your mobile phone.
