US-based media group Sun Chronicle has said people interested in posting comments on its websites like TheSunChronicle.com, TheFoxboroReporter.com and TheSilverCityBulletin.com will have to first register their name, address, phone number and a legitimate credit card number and also pay a one-time fee of 99 cents to activate the account.
