Smile Vun Group to launch PrecisionMatch as a data provider for digital marketing

Smile Vun Group (SVG), a joint venture
between Manish Vij’s Vun Network and Harish Bahl’s Smile Group, is launching PrecisionMatch
as a data provider for digital marketing in India, SEA and MEA. Nitin Chowdhary
will lead the company as Business Head. PrecisionMatch is going to be announced
by the Smile Vun Group on 18 October 2012.

as a data provider for digital marketing in India, SEA and MEA. Nitin Chowdhary

by the Smile Vun Group on 18 October 2012.

In its website, PrecisionMatch describes its
goal to significantly improve performance of internet display advertising
through the use of audience data that is screen agnostic. SVG with its gamut of businesses including
online ad-networks, a mobile ad-network, and publishing businesses touches
every aspect of the digital media ecosystem.

Companies currently under SVG’s Management
include online ad-network Tyroo with arms Tryoo Direct and Tyroo Audience; digital
mobile ad-network Seventynine; affiliate marketing network DGM; digital
marketing agency Quasar, a joint venture with WPP and now PrecisionMatch, which
is touted as the 1st Data Management Platform in the region.

SVG claims to be among the top 3 Indian digital
media companies with a monthly reach of over 40 million* unique online users
and 2.5 billion requests on mobile. SVG represents more than 70 percent of
India’s internet base (basis Comscore figures of internet users in India) and
almost 90% of advertiser reach.
