Hasbro, claiming that Scrabulous is a copy of its product Scrabble, recently sued the Agarwalla brothers, accusing them of ‘blatant infringement’ of its intellectual property. The company also sent a copyright notice to Facebook, demanding that it remove Scrabulous from its site.
