SabSe Technologies (SabSeBolo.com) acquires Mobivox

US-based SabSe Technologies, which operates SabSeBolo.com, has acquired Canada-based voice-activated services and solutions provider Mobivox. According to SabSe, the acquisition, coming only two months after its acquisition of Jaxtr.com, will enable SabSe’s global network of carrier partners to rapidly deploy voice-activated services to their customers.

US-based SabSe Technologies, which operates SabSeBolo.com, has acquired Canada-based voice-activated services and solutions provider Mobivox. According to SabSe, the acquisition, coming only two months after its acquisition of Jaxtr.com, will enable SabSe’s global network of carrier partners to rapidly deploy voice-activated services to their customers.

Sabeer Bhatia, co-founder and chairman, SabSe Technologies, has said, “Using Mobivox’s phone to Skype combined with Jaxtr’s free telephony platform, SabSe is on a fast track to become the largest free telephony provider from mobile to mobile and mobile to IM (instant messaging) in the world.”

Yogesh Patel, co-founder and CEO, SabSe Technologies, has added, “Our carrier partners have already deployed SabSe’s TAAS (Telephony-as-a-Service) platform and demonstrated repeated interest in bringing to market VUI (voice user interface)-powered services.”

Eric Reiher, who founded Mobivox in 2005, has said, “We are very proud that SabSe Technologies values so highly the voice-services-development environment we have carefully nurtured. We look forward to working closely with Yogesh and his team to bring voice-activated services to carriers and their customers around the world.”
