Rajan Anandan joins Google India as Vice President, Sales and Operations

Google has appointed Rajan Anandan as vice president of India sales and operations. In this role, Anandan will lead Google India. Prior to joining Google India, Anandan was managing director at Microsoft India. Before that he was vice president and country general manager of Dell in India. He has also worked as a partner at McKinsey.

Shailesh Rao, who has been covering two roles, that of the Japan and Asia-Pacific managing director, media and platform sales, Google and managing director and head of sales, Google India, will remain in Gurgaon and move full-time to the former to deliver on the growth plans for that business.
