PubMatic acquires publisher revenue optimizer ReviNet

US-based online advertising network PubMatic has acquired
ReviNet and with the acquisition, the company gains its 4th office in the
United States based in Boston, 15 new employees, and a set of premium publisher
brands, including The Christian Science Monitor, A.H. Belo, Boston Herald, The
Sporting News, and more. The acquisition also extends PubMatic’s U reach to 218
million unique users, or 95 per cent of the US internet population, and over
400 million globally.

known for,” Rajeev Goel, co-founder and CEO of PubMatic has said.

publishers need an expansive Sell Side Platform (SSP) that will enable them to
become the publishers of tomorrow, so joining forces with PubMatic is a natural
fit,” Michael Moreau, co-founder and COO, ReviNet has said.

Founded by Amar Goel, who is also the founder of Komli Media, an Indian online ad network, PubMatic is backed by funding
from Draper Fisher Jurvetson, Nexus Venture Partners, and Helion Ventures, and
has seven offices around the world in the US, Europe, and Asia.
