Nest Childcare Services launches online baby products store BabyOye.com

Mumbai-based Nest Childcare Services has launched BabyOye.com, an online baby products store that claims to offer over 1500 products across categories like diapers, toys, baby food, clothing, toys, books, games and new mother essentials. The company plans to expand its line of merchandise to 20,000 products by the end of 2011 and expects to invest about Rs 3-4 crore in the next two years.

The company plans to expand its line of merchandise to 20,000 products by the end of 2011 and expects to invest about Rs 3-4 crore in the next two years.

Arunima Singhdeo, co-founder and director, BabyOye.com, has said, “BabyOye.com aims to be the online assistant for new parents’ needs. The mother-care industry offers a huge opportunity, currently placed at around Rs 6,000 crore and expected to grow to Rs 11,000 crore by 2012, and we are very excited to be a part of this.”

According to Nest Childcare Services, BabyOye.com has tied up with brands like Avent, Barbie, Carters, Chicco, Crocs, Dr Browns, Farex, Farlin, Fisher Price, Funskool, Graco, Hauck, Himalaya, Holle, Huggies, Johnson & Johnson, LeapFrog, Mamy Poko, Medela, Nuby, Nuk, Pampers, Pigeon and Zero. BabyOye.com also has its presence on social networking sites like Facebook and Twitter.
