Myntra EORS: Tier II, III cities contribute majorly in growth

Around 5 lakh customers majority (65 percent) of them from tier II and III cities and towns came to Myntra for their shopping during sale held between December 22 and 25.

Indian e-retailer Myntra, owned by Flipkart has noted increase in number of first time buyer during its recently concluded End Of Reason Sale (EORS).

Around 5 lakh customers majority (65 percent) of them from tier II and III cities and towns came to Myntra for their shopping during sale held between December 22 and 25.

“With over 5 million items sold, 60 per cent sales from Tier 2 and 3 cities and 5 lakh new customers , this edition of Myntra’s End of Reason Sale has been the biggest ever,” said Ananth Narayanan, CEO, Myntra while commenting on success of 7th edition of EORS.

“The Myntra App ranked No.1 app on IOS and as the top shopping app on Google Playstore during the sale,” added he.

More than 1.7 million people purchased 5 million products during the four day sale period.
