Madison Media names Rajdeep Bhattacharyya as director, digital

Madison Media has appointed Rajdeep Bhattacharyya as
director of its digital media services wing. In his new role, Bhattacharyya
will oversee the agency’s digital operations in Delhi across platforms such as
display, video, mobile, social and emerging media. Prior to this, Bhattacharya
was working as senior account director at Wunderman International, where he was
handling the Nokia business.    

Madison Media has appointed Rajdeep Bhattacharyya as
director of its digital media services wing. In his new role, Bhattacharyya
will oversee the agency’s digital operations in Delhi across platforms such as
display, video, mobile, social and emerging media. Prior to this, Bhattacharya
was working as senior account director at Wunderman International, where he was
handling the Nokia business.    

Punitha Arumugam, group chief executive officer, Madison
Media, said, “I am sure Bhattacharyya will further strengthen our already
strong digital team.” Rajdeep Bhattacharyya said, “I am keen to work with

our digital expertise further. Integrated media approach is at the core of
Madison Media’s offerings and I look forward to playing a part in continuing to
develop a world class media company.”

Madison Media’s spend on digital accounts for
about 10 to 15 per cent of total digital spends in the country and the gross
billing of Madison Media, including digital services is Rs 3,000 crore. The
agency’s clients for digital services include names like Airtel, Cadbury, ITC,
Levis, Britannia, Godrej, Tata Tea, Bharti AXA and Spice Jet.
