Lewis PR acquires social media agency Page One PR

Lewis PR, a global communications firm, has acquired US-based social media agency, Page One PR, in an all-cash transaction. The deal size was not disclosed. Page One PR’s social media clients include Cisco, McAfee, Polycom, SAP and VMware. Page One PR was founded in 2003 by Lonn Johnston, president, and Craig Oda, managing partner. Post acquisition, Page One will operate as a subsidiary of Lewis, reporting into Lewis EVP, Morgan McLintic.
