Hyderabad-based Hoorayy Technologies has revamped its job site Hoorayy.com and relaunched it as JobDin.com. According to the company, JobDin.com offers online job search and recruitment services for positions with base salaries of Rs 5 lakh per annum and more.

Jobdin.com currently allows employers to post job openings at no charge. For job seekers, the website offers a basic free membership with limited access to the job postings, as well as a premium paid option of $14.99 per month that allows candidates to access its full range of job searching capabilities.

“Indian online job market for entry level candidates is completely cluttered in India. For middle and senior level professionals, it was always a pain to find the right job and the talent. Recruiters often elected not to post their mid and executive opportunities online at all as most of them get filled through referrals. Jobdin.com enters into that space to fill the gap,” Prashanth Raj, founder and CEO, Jobdin.com, has told AlooTechie.

Explaining the rational for charging a subscription fee from the candidates, Prashanth Raj said, “Free access to job boards actually discourages companies from posting high-end jobs. Countless unqualified candidates will apply to the very best jobs because there is no barrier to application. By charging a subscription fee for full access to our job listings and recruiter connections, we discourage those who are not qualified for applying.”
