India Fashion Week preparing for live webcast

The organisers of Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week, to be held in Delhi on 24-28 March 2010, are planning to live webcast the event to reach millions of people instead of a select few. Though the details are yet to be finalised, YouTube may be used as the online platform to live webcast the event.

“We want the event to reach millions of people instead of a select few. Our reach has to be wider — it’s good for both the designers and the sponsors.
