eYantra picks up stake in IGC Global for an undisclosed amount

Hyderabad-based eYantra, a business to business promotional
and corporate gifting solutions company, has picked up a stake in Rotterdam-based
promotional goods suppliers IGC Global Promotions NV, for an undisclosed
amount. This is the first time that an Indian company in the promotional
products segment is investing in a global venture in the same industry.

promotional goods suppliers IGC Global Promotions NV, for an undisclosed

The Netherland-based IGC Global Promotions NV helps
multinational corporations to buy their products worldwide and ensures
efficient global purchasing process. Promotional product companies from across
various countries with a combined turnover of $840 million have joined the
venture.

Hans Paulis, CEO, IGC Global Promotions, said,
“MNCs and listed companies see opportunities for extensive control and
monitoring of the supply chain regarding their marketing buying processes
through this initiative. Market needs such arrangement for better service.” The
global promotional products industry sales is estimated to be about $55
million.
