Ex MySpace India director launches new media incubation firm Gemini New Media Ventures

Deep Malhotra, who was till recently the Senior Director for
MySpace India and South East Asia, has launched Gemini New Media Ventures as
a new-media consultancy and incubation firm which aims to bridge the gaps for
native and international companies, who are looking at setting up operations in
India. The
last date of receiving the applications for Gemini Incubate is 17 September, 2011.

Gemini New Media Ventures will offer a range of specialist
services for its clients which comprise of key verticals like market strategy,
revenue strategy, digital marketing, core team recruitment, mergers and
acquisitions by partnering with industry experts. The incubation centre will
operate as a backbone for its startup company clients by offering real estate
support and business strategy assistance, converting the idea into a profit
making business, attracting investments for further growth and sustenance.

Deep Malhotra has over 10 years of entrepreneurial and
start-up experience and was part of the MySpace India founding team and he was
responsible for setting up the business, sales operations, and strategic
partnerships across the website and MySpace Mobile. Prior to MySpace, Deep was
part of the Google India founding team and was part of the core team to setup
the operations in India. Prior to Google he worked at Rediff.com.

Deep Malhotra, founder and managing partner, said, “I am
