Mumbai-based Customer Centria has won two Internet Advertising Competition (IAC) 2011 awards from the Web Marketing Association for its work in conceptualising, designing and developing GoJiyo.com and Wealthsurance.com. Godrej’s GoJiyo is a 3D virtual world where users interact with one another via personalised avatars, whereas, Wealthsurance is one a flagship product of IDBI Federal.
Targeted at young, progressive Indians GoJiyo is a significant step towards consolidating Godrej’s position as a younger, vibrant and brighter brand. The website marks the perfect blend of online gaming, virtual reality and social networking to create a unique, one-of-its-kind, integrated experience on a global scale. IDBI Federal Wealthsurance is a microsite that personifies the company’s target audience into eight customer segments to cover most archetypes of different age-groups. An interactive “Spin-the-wheel” was designed where each spoke would represent one persona and would be mapped to the specific variant of the Wealthsurance product.
