Brandlogist wins digital and social media mandate of RC Cola

Digital brand consultancy Brandlogist has won the digital and
social media mandate of RC Cola (or Royal Crown Cola), a soft drink brand
marketed in India by Iceberg Foods. The agency will handle all
aspects of digital marketing for the brand including social platforms, bloggers
program etc.

“For RC this is unique because they are competing Pepsi and Coke,
the marketing behemoths of the world. They have chosen digital as the only driving
platform where we have on ground campaigns which integrate well with digital,”
Saurabh Parmar, Founder and CEO, Brandlogist Communications has told India
Digital Review.

“It was the company’s strategy to build on a wider consumer
base with the involvement of its audience and to create an experiential
marketing environment by sharing the heritage and essence of the brand RC
Cola.  We as a company were looking for
young, creative, fresh and intelligent team who are among our target audience
and would represent the sentiments and can draft the likes of the consumers. With

senesce of responsibility,” Mohit Khattar, Brand Manager, Iceberg Foods Limited
has said.

Meanwhile, the agency has also won social media
duties for Zee TV’s new prime time show called Phir Subah Hogi. Phir Subah Hogi
is a prime time show which is based on a real life social issue where women
born to the Bedia tribe in MP are forced into prostitution. According to Brandlogist, they are using the social platforms since it’s a better medium to connect with
people around a cause.
