99acres.com, a property portal launched by Info Edge in September 2005, has launched its new 360 degree marketing campaign highlighting rental options available on its platform. The campaign covers digital, TV, Radio, as well as outdoor medium.

The outdoor ad campaign of real estate portal 99acres.com by Span Communications spreads across transit mediums like Volvo buses and radio cabs in the major metros of Delhi/NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore and Hyderabad. Billboards and over head signages with collections of 3D keys dangling in the breeze are accompanied by the tagline: ‘A Home for Every Dream, Whatever the Size’. The campaign is live in Delhi/NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore & Hyderabad.

The 21 second short film was created by JWT Delhi and went on air on 23rd May 2015. The campaign was designed to highlight the concept of searching rental properties hassle-free by using its mobile platform. The ad narrates that 99acres.com can provide best rental options in your town whenever required. 

Conceptualised by JWT, the story is about 2 friends living together in an apartment. While they are watching television in their living room, a girl walks in with her luggage. As it happens in real life, the reel life friend leaves his buddy sitting on the sofa and joins the pretty girl. Without further ado, the guy says to his friend that both of them (he and the girl) are moving together into their apartment. The other guy is thrilled for a nano-second before he realizes what his means for him. Cut to next scene, we see him sitting in the middle of a busy street with his luggage and searching for a rental property on 99acres.com mobile app. The core message being that with 2 lakh+ rental properties on the site, users can virtually get a place on rent anywhere at anytime.
